What is my Anniversary Z worth?

What is my Anniversary Z worth?
From the research I have done its really had to figure out what my Z is worth. I have a 2005 35 Year Anniversary edition Z with only 34K miles and a clean title. The car is black and has 2 tone leather seats (black and tan). I won't go into the all of the options since most folks on here know what the aniversary edition comes with. Its an automatic with factory Nav that has been upgraded to the latest disk. The tires have less than 2K miles and the overall condition is probably somewhere between excellent and good (very few flaws). Kelly Blue book shows the car is worth about $20-21K private party. I have seen ads in Craigs list for anniversary editions as high as $25K but also as low as $17K. I love the car but due to family situations I will probably have to sell her so any thoughts are appreciated.

Its worth exactly what someone will pay for it. Unfortunately you will not know that number until you put it up for sale.
BTW prices that you see on craigslist are asking not selling prices. Very misleading.
Oh yes you are violating a simple rule: Buy a 350Z in the winter. Sell a 350Z in the spring.

^^^^^thank you^^^^. We dont set the market so what does our opinion matter. KBB, galves etc etc spend countless hours of man power to come up with a somewhat accurate reflection of the market. If you think your getting kbbb your crazy closer to galves if not lower because of the current state of the market

Thanks to those who tried to answer the question. As for the comment around Kbb my experience is there are cars that I have sold that track very close to Kbb and there are cars that are not even close. Asking this question to a group of members who have a lot of experience with Z's seemed like a reasonable thred.

My personal feeling is that NADA and KBB values are both inflated for our cars in this kind of economy. Sports cars take more of a hit than the typical DD does because they can tend to be more of a luxury that people right now do not need. It's all about supply and demand. There is a lot less of a demand for a Z these days.

Dealer offered me 17 k trade on my 07 Touring with 10k miles.. This was when economy was good by the way. I then decided to mod and just keep the car.
Go and show the any dealer the KBB value, they will laugh at you in your face. GL trying to find a sucker on the street to buy it...

I sold my 35th anniversary auto over the summer for 17.5 and it sold about two weeks after I listed it. Actually had another offer of 17k that I was thinking about before I was offered 17.5. It had 46k miles, no nav, and was in 'ok' condition with worn out tires so you should be able to get a decent bit more than that especially if you are patient. I feel like I could have gotten closer to 18.5 if I had the time, but I had to sell and buy that summer so I had to take reasonable offers.
I'd say you could get 18.5-19k in a reasonable amount of time but probably not on this forum. I think you will find that, outside of this forum, the car being automatic will be a selling feature instead of detriment. All of the owners I talked to when I was shopping for a manual 350z after I sold the auto said that they were having a hard time selling the car because it was a stick. Just stress the manual mode on it when you have people test driving the car. I found it easy to convince them of how 'cool' it was to have a manual and automatic in one. Obviously these weren't enthusiasts but that isn't going to be the market a fully loaded automatic sports car appeals to. My .02

I know it sounds stupid but it really seemed to help with all three people who test drove my car. They were reluctant to play with the manual mode but I pushed it until they did and two of them really seemed to like it and both made offers. One of them was a college kid trying to decide between learning a manual or getting automatic.
In hindsight, none of the people that looked at the car, including the buyer, knew anything about 350z's so maybe I was just blessed with gullible buyers. Or perhaps I'm a genius salesman. Either way I'm loving my switch to the 6mt HR
