Dealer-installed CD Changer, Woofer, etc.
I searched the forum but didn't get any returns, so I'm going to ask if anyone that has the non-bose system added the cd changer and/or the bose sub-woofer. Believe it or not, I can't even get Courtesy Nissan to tell me if the sub-woofer is compatible with the head unit of the non-bose system. I'm sure the cd changer will work; it is for the non-bose systems. But I'm interested in both. Any suggestions?

you cant add a cd changer to the stock head unit...
you can how ever have an after market system installed... changer / receiver / sub-woofer / amp's... all in the stock bose position....

if you want a good sounding system taht will beat the bose...
get the rockford fosgate component system.. (front door mid range woofer and tweeter) 2 way 6.5's for behind the seats (dont NEED these)... 10inch dual voice coil woofer... and a 5 channel RF amp..
you can even use the stock head unit... but will sound a little better with an aftermarket unit...
if you want a step up in quality.. go with JL audio.. they make a really good 5 chanel amp
