Isn't it also ironic that a newbie can't get help (because from what I gather, FI guys in their section don't like to help new people) I mean, it's a forum, that's what it was designed for... if we have all this awesome knowledge why not channel it so it's useful, into a readme or something as opposed to 'boosting' egos by belittling people who come for answers. I mean at the moment it's a case of "I can't get help on my 350z on a 350z forum".

This forum also has by far the most information on it if you are willing to take the time to look for it. There are other forums that will answer the "Whats the best intake?" question over and over again and will let you spell "brakes" as "breaks" without any flaming, but they don't have near as many members. Imagine how cluttered this place would be if people were not encouraged(yes, sometimes harshly) to search and get their own answers. Its like having an open book test but being too lazy to open the book.
As far as th FI forum goes, it is second to none. Those guys know their shat! I am FI myself and don't ask many question there because most of them have been answered very intelligently already and since its not cluttered with easily answered questions that most of them have no tolerence for I usually can find what I want to know on the 1st or 2nd page.
