I just spent a fantastic morning with Alex of Melloy Nissan...

I got to see and take pics of the 5 Zs coming into his Dealership and also the El Paso and Santa Fe offices.

If someone has a place to put the pics I have I will send them to you...

There is one ( 1 ) LeMans Orange on its was to El Paso at this moment.. Got pics of it leaving.. There is a Daytona Blue Track going to Santa Fe sometime... got pics... There is a Pikes Peak White going to Reliable... and then the five going to Melloy....

This car is amazing.. I have never seen it in person.. Now I despise all those 2 d camera pics that I have seen... The Z in person is beautiful.. not .. gee thats kinda beautiful.. it is what you would see in the dictionary under BEAUTIFUL.. and check BEAST out.. also ref: KILLER..

You guys shoud be so happpy....

I'm jealous! Alex just told me about all the media coverage and the Z club meeting tonight. If Nissan hadn't royally shagged me, I'd be in town there right now to pick up my car and join in the festivities. Oh well.....and now I wait............and wait ............and wait .....................this is getting ridiculous.

I have to pics.. but I am on the road .. I know you will get your Lemans before you get my pics.. but its like the pics of a baby after delivery in the hospital.. you need a reminder as to where she came from.. or something like that... THey were pritty damn carefull with the cars.. they were parked one every other parking space. in the back of the lot.. but closest to the security office in a barbed wired fenced in lot... I have bunches of pics..

My baby is still somewhere int he system.. waiting a piece of equip.. the factory manager was in at Melloy and he is personnally going to find out whats going on with my car...

I fell so much better now that he is doing that...

Alex the GM at Melloy... I still cant believe it... nope.. but he did.. he let me drive his z off the lot and down to fuel this eve... this guy ROCKS!... I own him a lot for all the calls I made to him and just for being one hell of a guy!.. No BS from him ever.. No.. well it will be here tomorrow.. got the strait poop everytime I asked.. he didnt guess.. no think up some story to tell me..

We will bwe getting together more as soon as my z gets in...

alawoowoo ... your babe looked great.. ( coming from the photographer ) never touch another mans babe!

Z&Jet-Pilot.. I will get them up quick as I can... jsut figure what other pics youve seen of that color.. DONT do it justice!

ZZtopp.... I believe that your car will show up a lot faster than youve been told... BUT.. in the meantime.. check the dealerships areound .. you might .. ( probably ) will find a Z thats here already that some FOOL let go or had to walk away from.. If I had to walk away from this car.. I would do it.. CRYing.. yeah.. crying....

I can't thank you enough for your continued optimism in this dark time!!

I've thought about looking for another car, but I really don't want to buy it from anyone but Alex...he's really been patient with my persistence, and as you said, there's no BS in the guy (besides....he's got my $1000 deposit!!). He's been totally straight from the get go. That's pretty rare in the car business.

Lemme know when yours finally arrives!

Well I am back from Colorado...

I havent heard a thing about my z due in on Tuesday. There is no blue z on the locator for melloy nissan.. Does anyone know if this is real accurate.. or a.. when we get to it kind of locator... also.. is anyone else expecting their Z this tuesday?

I would drive down to the train depot .. but I am tired of driving today.

I hope I havent been led along again to getting my hopes up for the third time...

I will call Alex around 10am and see whats happining....

I wil also see if he has news of your Z ZZtopp.

Hopefully the it's the holiday that has slowed down the updates of dealer inventory, but not the the delivery schedule of your Z. I hope it arrives tomorrow.

I still haven't gotten a VIN, which means my car isn't even on a boat yet. Things are now looking bleak for an early October delivery. I don't know who's getting screwed worse...you or me.
Mine went from early September to God knows when......this sucks, but you'll be driving before me!!!

Hay ZZ,

WEll I talked to Alex tonight.. jsut cause I wanted to check..

Nothing so far.. wont know anything till 1030 tomorrow...

Went to the rail head and there are three Zs sitting there..

A Blue track... a White base and a Silver. I know from the rims that the blue is due at the Santa Fe dealership.. I called them and they wernt aware that it was there.... hahahahaha

WEll they do now... I know the Silver is supposed to go to Reliable.. I dont know who gets the other white thats sitting there...

There were a ton of cars on the lot and I cold only get to the fence... so.. I couldnt see if there were more in the mix there.. I hope so.. I bloddy well hope so...

I dont want to hear any more excuses.. either they tell me why my car is delayed.. or that it is in transit.. or here.. or I start making calls to every person in Nissan .. day and night... Pis em off as much as I am at this moment...

I mean.. Knowing that your car is being built.. or in transit.. or on the ship is great.. knowing your car has sat at the port for two + weeks for some unknown reason is .. frustrating.. getting three delivery dates and not getting the car at any of those dates.. is a BIG screw up on NISSANS part... I will be letting them know about it.

I'm sure you've already thought about this, but when your car finally arrives, check it over like it's a two dollar *****. You never know what was going on for that two week period....hopefully nothing....but at this point, I don't trust anybody.

It's cool that you can go somewhere and actually find the cars that are due to arrive. I'd love to get a call from Alex tomorrow and have him say that the Silver one you saw is mine, but I'd also like to believe Elvis is still alive. There ain't much chance of either happening...at least not tomorrow.

Heh... Loved that one... but.. I have heard of guys that have expected their cars in late sept early oct./.. with nothing but an order number get their cars.... like.. two... guys.. but.. hay... I havent heard of my fix yet...

THe factory rep was here on friday last... he said he would check into it. so maybe I will have some answers on tuesday... Ill let ya know...

Its been fun to go see them.. on the rail head... Its right at the bottom of the airport runway 1. and very close to where I work too.. so.. without going too far out of my way to work or home.. I can pass by and check... though with all the cars on the lot I cant see much.... plus i dont want the guards to have time to come roust me from my spot.. .. far as I know its open area.. but ya never are really sure...

I will keep an eye out anyways.... see what comes in

I am the owner of the sliverstone touring that ElectroZ took
pictures of at the dock/port AlbuQuerque...

I am sorry that you have not recvd your Z's yet. But it is worth
the wait!

Alex has been great and wonderful to work with.

We took the delivery of the car on Saturday and drove back home
to CA for a nice exhilarating 1200 miles on the backroads through
the Indian lands of NM,AZ and some freeway droning in CA.

I have a couple of issues..
A) The Low Tire Pressure monitor was on even though the tire pressures are ok(I checked them). The trip computer does not
show any pressure, the sensors and/or wiring from the sensors
is broken
B) The car drifts to the right on straightways.. looks like wheels got out of alignment slightly..

Please do check your cars for all the details. I was too much in a
hurry to drive the car and did not check all that I could..

I will go to a dealer in So.CA tomorrow and see if I can get those
issues resolved and hopefully I have not done permanent damage
by driving for 1200 miles with slight mis-alignment..

Found out today.. after many calls and hassles that my Daytona Blue Touring is on the train heading this way .... Lets hope this is correct.. I am going to drive by the rail yard and check every day..

Oh.. I also saw a silver heading East on I40.. prob heading for Amarillo... got into the rail years sat or sunday
