Default What should be included with warranty?

I have a 2009 350z with 7,000 miles. I have had several new cars through the years but guess I have been lucky. This car just does not seem right. List of things:

- Squeaking brakes. More than what is normal
- Rough idle. Bounces all over but does not stall out
- Wind noise. Mine is a roadster but a lot, lot more wind noise than my BMW 330cic.
- When cold a clunking noise. Not sure where it is coming from

All of these things might also be gray for warranty work. Curious if these are things you would have serviced?

Thanks in advance.

I would take it in to the service dept for
- brakes
- idle
- clunking noise

Wind noise is hard to quantify. Find another roadster to drive and compare. Also be more specific about your clunking noise. Be prepared to leave the car overnight at the dealer so they can drive the car in the morning when cold to reproduce your clunking noise.

Most of those things fall under "adjustments". Those are normally only covered in the first 3 months/3k miles. Take it to a dealer and let them look at the problems.

I thought "adjustments" were covered 12/12,000 but I could be wrong about that. What I was told when my window needed the reset at 35,500 miles anyway.

Yeah. Good luck proving that stuff at a dealership. They are just going to tell you its normal.

^^This

It could just be a bad car; those things do happen. You might be out of luck if you've waited 7k miles to make note of things though
