ZGuy:

Thanks for adding yourself to the list. I am excited to have some Z32 guys out there. I always loved those year Z's, they are awesome!

I wonder if some 240Z people will get involved too. That is where it all began.

Jeff

I just found out about this event. I'd be interested in this if it's not too late to sign up. Is this the 'Big' track or 'streets' (small) of Willow Spring?

Also have a cousin (S2000) that may be interested.

It is the smaller track, street of willows. I will be in touch with Carlos to get website set up for registraction. Give me to mid Jan to get info back to you guys.

I would love to get your friends S2000 out there to add spice to the track day. After all, the s2000 seems to be a car often compared to the 350Z.

On another issue, I was watching TV in Asia yesterday and saw the Nissan red 350Z with the yellow headlights (some of you guys know the car) racing against porches, skylines, NSX's etc. It came in 2nd place. Fun to watch.

Any chance we can run at the 'Big' track instead?

Ahh yes, you must be refering to JGTC. The 350Z is in the GT300 class. An exciting race to watch.

Default Register for Mossy Performance 350-Z- Track Day now!

It is finally time to register!!!!!!!

**Mossy Performance 350-Z- Track Day**
Friday, March 5, 2004 (7AM-5PM)
Presented by SoCal-SERCA!

All cars & driver experiences welcome! Instruction available from
experienced run group drivers for beginners, & hot-lap timer units will
be available for rent.

NOTE: Convertibles must have OEM hard top in place, OEM roll protection
or roll cage/hoop extending above the driver's head.

Online reg. & info:

http://www.gfos.net/serca/2004/streets/reg.php

This event will obviously be heavily promoted in the various -Z-
communities so don't lag on registering & securing a spot by mid Feb.
The cap for maximum number of cars will be 60.

For lodging about 20 min's south of the track off the 14 FWY in
Lancaster, mention the track & get a better rate at
www.desert-inn.com/.
The track is about 4 miles west of the 14 FWY, exit left at Rosamond
Blvd. (same as Edwards Air Force Base) & head past the supermarket/fast
food shopping center (right hand).

For directions to Willow Springs raceway
(www.willowspringsraceway.com/)
via Mapquest or other mapping site just use their address at
3500 - 75th Street West in Rosamond, CA 93560.

There is a closer motel right off the Rosamond exit, but it is more
expensive. If you have any specific questions please email me at
southwest@serca.org.

"Happy Motoring" & hope to see you there!

Carlos Gutierrez

Will we be using the full 1.8 mile streets of willow which includes the bowl turn? Another question...What is the 350Z price that is listed on the website? Is it a specific club or for any 350Z that shows up? Thanks Jeff.

jimster:

1. In regards to the track, Yes, & clockwise, same as always, should anyone else ask according to Carlos.

2. The 350Z price is for any 350Z on any website. The 350 -Z- members: $120.00 (Paypal $124) is a good deal IMO.
