Gigantic piece of metal flew into my car

I see no pics, therefore it did not happen. It's yet another attempt to discriminate against homeless, highway-dwelling pieces of metal.

So I was driving on the freeway heading south on the 5 and as I was driving, either someone's front bumper or some large piece of metal that looks like a bumper was flying around and hit my car. I had no time at all to make any actions to avoid it, and right after it hit my car i ran over it. The right side of my front bumper is about 5 inches dented in, scraped all over, and also has a large hole. My headlight is fine, and my grill is fine but everything below and to the side of my headlight and grill is damaged; my reflector is also missing :x Im pretty sure I need a new front bumper, so I was looking around google to see where to purchase them and found a good amount of sites to buy them from but I was wondering if you guys know about any places that sell them for a really good price. If my letter is dumb please don't flame, just curious on where I can get a good deal on my bumper :x Thanks
