Smell when accelerating

I had the exact same issue and it took forever to troubleshoot. You just need to take it to the dealership and have them change the bearings and belts for your brakes. If they have any questions, just have them call the head tech here at the dealership in Spartanburg,SC. He had to keep my car for 3 months and drive it every day before he found the source of the problem. Great guy, and considering the amount of time that he spent on troubleshooting the problem, I thought that $1800 was very reasonable. But I had to pay for the research, I'm sure it would cost less for you.
