High pitched noise when accelerating

I'm getting this high pitched noise most likely coming from the transmission during acceleration. Any idea? Below is the link to my YouTube vid.

Throw out bearing?

Can't really tell due to the low quality of the video

sorry about the quality. I was just hoping that you guys can here the sound. It only occurs during my initial acceleration from a complete stop.
