Guys, any of you who've owned the 350z from the jump decide to keep it fully stock? Just interested to know if the longevity of your enjoyment of ownership coincided with "keeping things new" with modifications.

Haven't seen too many owners hold on to ANY car for a long time without getting bit by the mod bug.

I plan to hold out for a while, (on the outside that is) everything else is too late now, hah.

Its really hard to keep it as it is, especially if your an enthusiast.

Not to mention all the trash talkers which just help fuel your hatred for being called slower than them.

7 years old October 16 and still stock with the only exception being wheels and tires...oh yes and my original prototype, made from scrap aluminum, 'Zee-Bracket'...never drilled holes in my bumper

made it almost 3 years without mods. but i couldn't resist new wheels. the 20"ers i put on felt heavy. so i threw on an InJen CAI. Now it runs better and faster, and looks meaner and more aggressive. next mod is going to be the plenum spacer. then coilovers. then exhaust and headers. yeah, don't ever start!!

Yeah it seems like yesterday, funny thing is that I went on to buy a 1990 300ZX TT and a 1971 240Z and last month my son bought a 2007 350Z which we already started to mod

Come on you didn't I was going to miss this year! Well it is 8 years old and still going strong, hit 66k on the odo with about 20k+ being with the built block.

Nothing much since last year other than the wheels I was waiting on

WedsSport line model SA67R in Blue Light Chrome finish

The pics don't do them justice, they look amazing in person, but here you go

Good to see you're still modding one of the first Z's on this board. Rims looking great Westpak!

<~~ 7 years later, 7,000 plus posts and 70,000 original miles. Still lovin' it!

Beautiful ride! Very clean and subtle but absolutely bada$$ at the same time. And those wheels... they are perfect!

thanks guys, I am very happy with the journey

it has been tempting to sell every now and then but just can't bring myself to pulling the trigger, so I will probably be doing this again in a year for the 9th anniversary LOL
