Finally got the call this morning, and I have no words to express my satisfaction with this car it is awsome, and it is wild the looks you get even in South Florida and the thumbs up from some, the funniest so far was a guy in an S2000. The bastards at the dealership couldn't even ruin my mood with last minute screwing with me, I'll write about it later, just drop me a note before going to Palm Beach Nissan, I have to go drive some more.

Sorry just had to revive this one after seeing some of the anniversary threads, hard to believe it will be two years.

 

I didn't notice the original dates at first and I was going "WTF?!?!? I know Westpak had a Z before today!!!"

 

I kept rereading the first post in confusion, then I looked at the date. I thought, "who brought back this thread..."

Hard to believe the Z has been out for 2 years. I remember well the first time I saw a 350Z --in September, 2002. Seems like only 2 week ago.......

They tried to screw me but I came out ahead at the end.

I just put in Tim's MAPS and they work nicely, waiting on Wideband and pressure sensor harness to run MAPS from Boost and will go to dyno, once I have it all worked out I will be running like a madman. Oh also have fuel pump on its way.

 

haven't posted in a while but here I am on my 2nd Z already took delivery of the first one august 23 2002 and the 2nd one oct 28 03 i know have a sunset lemans touring roadster

 

I don't see what is the funny deal when a guy driving an s2k gives a thumbs up to a fellow driver. I'm an s2k guy myself and have also raised my thumb(s) to drivers of various vehicles which I find appealing including 350Z's, STI's, RX8's and other such pieces of works. I'm sure that guy had a renowned respect for a lot of cars.

 

Man time flies, i still remember seeing the car for the first time i had to stop my truck...park my truck and stare for like 20 minutes back in 2002 and saying to myself maybe i can afford something like this when i'm 40 or so..............6 months later at age 21 i bought me one lol, i only live once.............. long live the Z
