I freakin hate people. I left my car at my girlfriends this weekend and when I got home today, I noticed someone had keyed it. Why are people so stupid and inconsiderate? It is not the end of the world, but it pi$$es me off. Here are a few pics. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

You will have to use your insurance and pay the deductable and have it repainted. Sorry to see this happen. I have no idea why anyone would do something like that, since I'm not retarded, I don't think like they do.

 

People are jealous SOBs. If I could, I would live in a cabin away from civilization with a Z and my girlfriend.

 

The world is full of haters. People who hate others for what they have; nice cars, homes, girlfriends/wives, whatever. The haters are true cowards. They would never key your car while you were there, they sneak in the darkness in the dead of night to cause their mischief. Real tough guys. Emotional cripples who harm/ destroy property of others because they are such losers in life they know they’ll never be able to afford the niceties in life like you have.

So, possibly your girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend? I say he is suspect #1.

I feel for you man. I would be pissed too. The good news is that it isnt that bad and shouldnt even be that much to get repainted. Take it to a good bodyshop and ask how much to repaint hatch

then head to a body shop, its gonna have to be repainted, and then hope they can match it well.

I never noticed the bulbs were actually blue, does look funny, tho when they lit up I thought they looked good.

 

That blows. My G35 coupe got keyed(back passenger quarter panel) at the parking lot at my school when I was in the gym. It happened in Jan., only 3 weeks after I got the car, I was raged nearly to tears. Then in May my car got hit and ran... Knocked out the rear tail light, and scratched the rear bumper pretty bad. I hadn't had the key mark fixed because I was affraid it might happen again. I just got my car repaired last week, I told my insurance, Geic... that the incident happened on the same night at about the same time- while I was at a friends house. The adjuster said that I could claim them together as a "hit and run", with only a $250 deductable. So I had both taillights replaced, the rear bumper repainted, and back passenger quarter panel repainted, for only $250. The infiniti body shop did a great job. I have a DG coupe.

I really hate jealous people. I often wish that I can catch someone fu*****ing with my or a friends car so that I could unleash the unforgiving life endangering beating on their a$$.

I seriously feel your pain man...I still have to get mine repainted from a bunch of punks.

This is so sad. What's even worse is that it's illegal to shoot people like this...after all, we'd just be doing the world a favor, right?

My advice: get it professionally done. Keys go right down to the metal, so they'll have to sand it down and start from scratch. Ask people in your area who does the best body work and take it there...in the hands of a skilled craftsmen, your car will look exactly the same as before the incident.

If I see a punk with silver paint on his keys, I'll clip him for ya!

that sucks man, my talon tsi was keyed awhile back and I was FURIOUS. so I know how it feels. You think it might be random??

 

Only low-class losers with no shame or conscience would do this. I've seen people with expensive ferraris and mercedes and I love it because I get to see them in motion and wouldn't dare touch these beauties, but these scum would think that if they will never own/afford it, then neither should you. Kill them all.

i am so sorry that happened man. makes me sick whenever someone posts vandalism pics of their car. if the scratch isnt down to the metal or primer, you could try meguire's scratch remover or gs-27 scratch remover. otherwise i guess you would have to get it repainted.

I know how you feel. I too had my car vandalized for shitz and giggles. Some people just don't have respect for other peoples property. I can appreciate when someone works hard to aquire something nice that they have pride in. Well lets hope the saying " What goes around comes around " gets them in the end! I'm still considering setting a trap and laying a beating on the ****.
