Wow! I knew it ranked pretty high, I just didn't know it was on the Volvo scale of safety.

So they thought the LeMans was the most expendable color

I don't think any of the Z owners really care about this kind of stuff.....
But good to know though.

Cool.....this makes the Z one of the safest cars on earth. Does this help the resale value?

I would think it would be a topic to point out when selling your Z. It should also help with insurance premiums. Finally, it obviously would help you directly if you are ever in an accident. Hard to put a price on any of these, though.

Glad to see this, safety rating speaks to the structure of the car. Being built on the same platform as the FX45 looks like it helped.

Yeah, Thats a good mentality. I really don't care if I am going to be safe in my car when I get in an accident or not.

I'm sure everyone on this board would like to know if their car is going to fall apart into a bajillion pieces if they hit a tree, or if their car's saftey system will keep them alive. Great post, El Diablo!

I care every time I get an insurance bill. (its pretty damn cheap, thanks to this)

I hope none of us have to care about it for a more important reason...
