Thanks for the reply. I just needed some advice, I'm very in-decisive when it comes to cars, homes, girls...etc.
Took me 2 months to decide to get a Z and another month on which color I wanted. (was between a Black 350z or an white RX-8).
I confident the Z was a MUCH better choice.

A fully loaded, BASE, G35? Is it a 6MT? Then it has Brembos, right? Did it come with the 17 or 18" wheels?
In either case, I'd say the trade is typically worth it given the Gs higher resale value, lower cost to insure, etc., but you lose the former with that rebuilt title.

She wanted an AUTO, and she liked the paddle shifters, also wanted a NAVI, factory AERO kit and moonroof, which the RX-8 we bought came with.
all in all decent car, just doesn't handle or have the ***** like the Z. Also maintenance cost is ridiculous.
Piston > Rotary (just my opinion)

Mine is Touring, 17inch base wheels, HID's, Heated power seats (2 tone black on burnt orange interior), no NAVI or VDC.
You're right with my clean driving record the G was $92.25 a month to insure and the Z was $115.98 a month. Through Geico, both comp. and collision w/ $500 deduct.
