![Question](https://my350z.com/forum/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I have a 350Z and work overseas and come home every four months for 2 to 3 weeks. I here a lot of folks say my car needs to be driven at least once a week. Is this true? What is the damage I知 doing by having it sit? Is there a better way to put it up while I知 away other then keeping garaged? Please advice.

defiantely does not need to driven once a week - once a month is better, but you can go longer if its stored properly. I'd recommend storing the car in the air, or if not, having someone take it out for you once a month for a few miles (5-10 is fine).
I keep one of my cars (my older Z) in the shop during the winter - maybe it goes out a couple times o the really nice days, and even during spring and summer, it can be 6 weeks between drives, depending on my mood. I leave the car on the ground during this time, and have had no ill effects whatsoever, though I do make sure to start it and move it once a month to ensure no flat spots on the tires.
