I have an Ultra Yellow '05 and can tell you it is definately an in your face color. People will either LOVE it....or HATE it.

The Z is a niche vehicle that may or may not be practical for your profession. Ultimately you have to decide if it portrays the image that will help make you a success. Good luck!!!

Dont get me wrong, I could care less what some guy on the street thinks of me but it's different if you are going to business meetings with potential clients and whatnot. I love driving it. Maybe upgrade to 370z in black but it's hard for me to part with my z now bc of the mods I've done and the rare color. Maybe get another car for DD

What is your profession? I don't see how a car can make anyone think less of you... If it's clean and well kept then it should not matter. I consider a 350z a decent car and it looks like its worth alot more than it is when kept clean. If you were good at what you do and have any confidence in yourself, this question should have never even came up.

Of course you want a BMW. Friends and associates will be impressed. But do not say "I drive a BMW." Say "beemer." Its more cool.

I use to work at Public Accounting firm. All the Partners making 300k+ had Sport Cars and would park in there special parking lots.

I left that company and started working for a much bigger corporate company. Some of my bosses in there 40-50's loved my car. They would argue who's turn it would be to go into my Z with the top down during lunch. I actually inspired my VP to buy a porsche convertible.

I think it only gives you something to talk about with your superiors (if they like cars). Alot of people are FORCED into buying bigger cars because of families etc., but deep down they envy you. Also, it shouldnt matter what kind of car you drive, they care about your work and performance, not your car.

the only problem you should have with a yellow Z is attracting bees. I am 25 and still completing Grad school while working full time at Booz. My coworkers love my car, so drive whatever you like
