Damn that pink ball is getting rimmed good.... anyways, were you polite when you asked the casino to cover the cost? If you went in pissed off and yelling like you just got rimmed up the @$$ then they will most definitely rim you over with the usual runaround and not help. Plus their lawyers will rim the crap out of you in court, if you could even get the court to take up the case. In the end your just getting rimmed either way.

NEVER VALET.

Valets are precisely an example of bailment. What you are talking about is waiver of liability during the bailment.

A tort of failure to use a standard duty of care for a bailment of that type would be the route for damages.

Who are you to tell me what I can and can't own? I have my own job at Advanced Auto Service, so I pay for my own car, my own car insurance, the parts to keep my car in shape, parts to upgrade, and I have the knowledge as well to do all of these things myself. To tell you the truth, I am more fit to own this car than a good portion of the people in here who are incapable of completing the most simple tasks for their 350z. I wash my car every week, and if I'm busy, every other week. Necessary maintenance is up to date. I've replaced my stock plenum, replaced all stock suspension bushings with polyurethane, changed replaced stock sound system head unit, painted my brakes and strut bar, four 1in. lowering coil-overs, replaced headlights/taillights, aftermarket headers, CAI. Shall I go on? Don't be an *** simply because I am seventeen, because the fact is that you don't know me or who I am, so quit your little kid s**t generalizations, and worry about your own Z. I heard the "age" thing too many times on this site, and many times I agree that most 17 y/o's cannot handle this much car, but I am one of the few that prove people like you wrong.

Oh and BTW, I'm old enough to do whatever I please with my girl

Sure you're mature enough to drive this car.

Given the fact that your face is posted, and your profile states what area you're in, I wouldn't be surprised if a few our internet detectives put this in front of your local police dept.

I don't see you lasting long on this board.

Rebellious teen attitude. Always thinking that they're the exception to the rule... being able to mod your car has nothing to do with being responsible enough to drive this car. And judging by the video of yours posted above, you straight up AREN'T.
