FYI. Beware of ordering products from Intense Motor Sports. The customer service is incredibly bad (at least through my experience). I ordered a JWT pop charger on 10/7/03. I have yet receive my order. I have called Intense Motor Sports 3 times to inquire about my order. Every time I get an answering machine only. They have not returned any of my calls. I have tried to e-mail them, but I get my e-mail back indicating that it is "undeliverable mail". They were good at one thing. They sure were fast to charge my credit card.

 

how did you order it 4 days from today?? hah I am guessing that is a typo.

I too have heard from others that IM's customer service is very lacking.

 

call your credit card company and tell them about your situation. Ask them to credit your card.

I was getting ready to buy something from them but decided not to after I also has an email bounced back. Tried to call them as well and the message said they were closed for construction and then hung up on me. If you weren't yet aware the BBB has a warning about this company.
They should not have charged your credit card if the item you ordered had not shipped. I would call your cc company as already mentioned and explain the situation. I would ask them to reject the transaction. Then call IM Motorsports and leave a message stating that you are canceling your order and let them know you will be letting your cc company handle the situation.
