West coast dock strike possible?

I do not believe this will come to pass for a while. Bush will undoubtedly invoke Taft-Hartley and that will give 80 days before a work stoppage can occur. With the economy as it is, a dock strike would adversely effect the nation's health. Therefore the federal government can and will step in.
