Just hit 8,000 miles on my Z earlier this evening, and every one of those 8,000 has been total bliss....it's quick, it's confortable, and it handles like nothing I've ever driven...

The best thing about the Z is the value of the car...There is just nothing else on the market for this price where you can get this performance, style, & reliability. Yes, there are cars with better performance, there are cars more stylish (sexy), and even a few more reliable. But none that have all three characteristics at this price.
I couldn't agree more. There's not another car I can think of under $30k that combines all of these properties so well. As for reliability, I haven't had any of the prolems that some people have....try not to let the problems of a few blind you from the joy of the many.

I bought my touring 6mt 2/03. I've just turned 15,000 miles. It's my daily driver. I'm not crazy about the stereo but understand that there is a TSB that is going to help it which I intend on having done next week with the 15,000 service. I've had none of the problems described in this forum! IMO, this is a fantastic affordable sports car. I absolutely look forward to driving it every day as much as I did when it was new. I've never felt that way about a car I've owned and this is the 10th car I've purchased. I highly recommend it...good luck.

My Z celebrates its first birthday next week - have put 10,000 miles on it and still have the same silly grin on my face whenever I drive it. Got the amp replacement and am much happier with the sound. I have the tire noise and a bit of grease on the windows, but my Nissan dealer told me to schedule an appointment and they would fix both. Best car I have ever owned

DIDO. 8,125 miles as of yesterday coming back from the oil change. It seems this car keeps getting better every time I drive it. The only complaint that I have is that it takes 3x longer to get groceries...I always seem to take the long way home!

Seriously, go and drive the car. I've told other people this before; this car has a lot of character that doesn't get translated into numbers. If you really need a backseat, the G35 coupe is awesome too. Happy car hunting!

1) the car is fast, so i take it out almost everynight and race it. tread... nearly gone!!!
2) the engine itself, V6, im adding more miles on it. 60 miles now guys!!!
3) chicks magnet!!! girls are so greedy!!!
4) cops!!! always following me!!!
5) civics!!! idiots thinks that they can beat me, technically every car in town except for you know... Z06, STI, Evo8, etc... cars...
