After running around aimlessly trying to solve my alignment issue i finally found out my front LCA bushings had slipped out of place thus giving the car a wierd stance....called all over the place for someone local to be able to resolve this issue.....shop resolution was to get a new arm which was stupidly expensive and while ur at it u might as well change the other side....i finally get fed up and came across Z1's thread on whiteline bushings while i was searching here on the forum. Now the only other alternative for me was to go with SPL which are solid and a little too raced out for me at the moment....Let to say that Adam and the way he does business is superb!!! I made one phone call and it was the most no none sense deal i ever had...he told me that they had ran out and the shipment was coming in later that night which indeed it did cuz my invoice and item were sent to out the next day!! Thank u Adam for ur awesome business ethics and i appreciate doing business with ya!!!!

Agreed. I had the exact same experience with Adam when ordering my clutch. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He actually sold me on a less expensive clutch than I had planned on, which in result will earn them more money..as they will be the only shop I order from from now on.

 

Same experience here, I've done a lot of business and so far Adam from Z1 has been #1 but I'm finishing up a deal right now that definitely contends thus far!

 

worked with adam when I was in Iraq last year ordering all my suspension stuff... Communication on my side was slow but he made sure all my questions were answered and I got everything i needed.

Shipment was fast and on point. I was missing one thing out of all the stuff I ordered they found that it hadn't made it with the other packages and they overnight ed it to me. I couldn't be happier with these guys!!

I will say I have been dealing with Adam for about 2 years now, that is a first class ran place. Never, not had a question answered, never had problems with anything, and always a great price and shipping.

 

Completly agree as well. I've had nothing but positive recommendations and advice as well support from Z1, mainly Adam with Quame (sp??) assisting here and there too. I have not even purchased anything from them yet (been like 3 years) and I definitely consider to do so just because they've been so forward with advice on my ideas (all of them) that are not in action yet. It is nice to hear that others experience their professionalism as well. I am sure that when I do order my parts from them I have nothing to worry about. Kudos to the Z1 team.
