you can almost always downplay a car as a poor mans "_______". there is almost always bigger and badder out there.
I classify the boxster as the poor man's porsche. the z is just a good bang for the buck japanese entry sport car.

Rachel Sandwich Variations
When making a Rachel sandwich at home you have the ability to vary the sandwich to suit your tastes and preferences. In addition to increasing or decreasing the amounts of the individual foods included, many of the ingredients can be substituted with others if desired. Feel free to experiment with ingredients and amounts to find a combination you enjoy best.
1.Try the sandwich with corned beef rather than turkey or pastrami, or a combination of two or all three of the meats together.
2.Before you assemble the sandwich, grill the meat, either turkey or pastrami, or both, on your griddle or skillet. Allow it to brown slightly, then set aside and add to the sandwich as normal.http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/...chel-sandwich3
3.Grill the slices of bread one at a time, spreading the dressing over the bread and adding the cheese, then buttering the opposite sides. Place the slices butter side down and cook. Once browned, remove the bread and assemble the rest of the sandwich.http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/...chel-sandwich4
4.Try the sandwich with other varieties of bread, such as sourdough bread, and dressing, such as Russian dressing.http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/...chel-sandwich5
5.For a crispier sandwich, do not butter the bread itself, but melt the butter in the skillet or on the griddle and place the bread in the melted butter to cook. This same procedure can be used to make crispy grilled cheese sandwiches if desired.
6.Try the recipe with sauerkraut in place of the coleslaw if desired.http://www.mealsforyou.com/cgi-bin/recipe?id.100556
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients and Equipment for a Rachel Sandwich
Before you can start cooking, you'll need to get all of the necessary ingredients and equipment together and ready to go. These amounts will make one sandwich, so feel free to double, triple or quadruple the amounts listed to make sandwiches for a group.
Ingredients
2 slices rye bread
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing, more or less to taste
2 thin slices swiss cheese
1/4 cup creamy cole slaw
4-5 ounces thinly sliced pastrami or turkey
Butter, at room temperature
Equipment
Butter knife, to spread the dressing and butter
Spoon or fork, to handle the cole slaw
Work surface, such as a countertop or cutting board, to prepare the sandwich
Skillet or flat grill, to grill the sandwich
Spatula, or turner, to flip the sandwich during cooking
Sharp knife, preferably serrated knife, to cut the sandwich in half
Plate, to serve the sandwich
Step 2: Prepare a Rachel Sandwich
Now that you have all of your ingredients and equipment needed to prepare the sandwich, it's time to get cooking. The sandwich can be prepared quite easily, generally in about 15 minutes per sandwich. Because a Rachel sandwich is cooked, like a grilled cheese, it's best prepared immediately before it will be served. To prepare Rachel sandwiches for a group, make as many at a time as you can fit in your skillet or grill, keeping the completed sandwiches warm in an oven.
1.Using the butter knife, spread the thousand island dressing on one side of each of the slices of rye bread.
2.Place one slice of the swiss cheese over the thousand island dressing on each of the slices of rye bread.
3.On one slice of bread, spoon the cole slaw over the swiss cheese, forming a nice mound equally over the cheese.
4.Top the coleslaw with the turkey or pastrami.
5.Close the sandwich by topping the turkey or pastrami with the second slice of bread, leaving the uncovered or naked sides of the bread outward.
6.Spread a generous amount of butter over the uncovered or naked sides of the bread.
7.Heat your griddle or skillet over medium heat.
8.Place the bread in the skillet and cook for several minutes until browned.
9.Carefully flip the sandwich to allow the other side to cook.
10.Once both sides are browned, remove the sandwich from the skillet or griddle and place on a cutting board or your work surface. Using the sharp, preferably serrated, knife, gently and carefully slice the sandwich in half. Apply gentle pressure when slicing to keep the filling within the two slices of bread.
11.Transfer to a plate, serve and enjoy!

The Z is no porsche, but it does feel like it was developed by engineers who love driving quickly. It hits all the right senses when you are flowing, just like any porsche does. It's just that the porsche's have the quality and finesse that Z cannot match, because of C.R.E.A.M. But nothing sends you into euphoria like a 911 GT3. Perfect for getting lost on the way to a track dance.
"Z32= Poor mans ??(Supra)??" <~~~~ I take offense to that!

Especially since the Z32 came out before the MKIV Supra, and they had similar stock figures.
Theres a E-6 that works at WRAMC in DC. He drives a 350z with the vanity plate "POORSCHE". Needless to say it has a huge spoiler, bodykit and 20' chrome wheels. I've been try to get a pic of it, but never have my camera on me, or he zooms past me to quick.
