That is 9k in damage? What was done, it looks like just the bumper, hood and the left fender ?

@Duro78 No police were called. To be honest I think he has like a warrant or something because I hit him. And he drove off...I was like wtf Then he came back and the first thing he asked me was if I called the cops. lol

Sucks man, but remember to be fully aware of everything on the road several cars away. I've had something like this happen in my old camry- guy in front weaved right and there was a stupid blue subie trying to make a left turn while sittin in the left lane. Granted camry brakes < 350z, but I made it out fine. How fast were you going/how close to one in front of you?

Mine was about the same damage except I needed the rails done too, it was a little less than 2 months and about 10k from my insurance company lol, if the frame isn't bent it hopefully won't take that long

Lol you guys are funny, I mean idk how bad the damage in this car was but at least in mine, it looked like it was less than this and it all added up quickly:
Bumper: 300
Hood: 500
Both fenders: 400
Headlights (xenon): 700
That's just the exterior, I needed a new bumper support, radiator support, my frame pulled, and one of the side rails, the side rail was about 400 but the insurance guy showed me that it would take something crazy like 27 hours of labor or something ridiculous like that for just the rail, plus all the labor on the rest of the car and paint and random parts here and there, trust me damage adds up quick, mine was an 03 and they were about to total it...

don't question the amount. Just question how cool you would look waving around that cash and then you know it's worth it

Had both head lights completely replaced, had just about the entire care repainted since both doors were damaged, after market parts in the engine bay were damaged as well. Almost forgot, they had to bend the frame rails back to factory specs.... My poor baby :-(
