naw i am good don't want one of those i don't like american cars and if i would get one it would be a new camero lol
You would choose a CamAro over a newer Corvette? Despite the SS model having 426 horsepower, the Camaro is one of the slowest vehicles on the road.

The Corvette weighs far less, has far far better handling, more power, and better looks. The only reason to buy a Camaro is that you can't afford a Corvette.

By the numbers:
2010 Base Corvette (lowest trim)
430 hp, 424 torque
3208 lbs
0-60 mph=4.3s
Overall: 7.4 lbs/hp power ratio

2010 Z06 Corvette (mid trim)
505 hp, 470 torque
3175 lbs
0-60 mph = 3.6s
Overall: 6.28 lbs/hp power ratio

2010 Camaro SS2 (top trim)
426 hp, 420 torque
3860 lbs
0-60 mph = 4.9s
Overall: 9.0 lbs/hp power ratio

I drove a new SS the other day.. I can say it was about as fast as my bolt on Z.. but DAMN that interior is beautifullllll.. Big props to chevy for having the nicest american interior i've been in.

Bunk.

Who said anything about "saving lives"? He gets my respect because he puts his own life on the line.

Your missing the point. The point was there is no need to break this guys ***** because of his spelling. Hes not a English professor or a reporter, so who gives a crap if its not prefect. I think some of these geeks just get off on making fun of or pointing out the shortcomings of others. Its nothing more than internet elitism..

I'm not saying Camaro SS' are slow but for a 426 HP car it is slow..

370's are nice and you can get an '07 350Z from 17 - 20kish. There are some steals out there, I bought an 07' base with 26K miles for 17600 but it also came with Nismo Exhaust, Tinted windows, New tires and a spoiler. .They won't be in the most perfect shape but there are steals out there.

ER and EMT handle car accidents all the time, loss of life, limbs, bleeding, etc. There are 6.4 million car accidents every year in the US. In 1999, there were 3.4 million injuries and 41,611 people killed. Anyway, back on topic. I wasn't aware the interior of the Camaro was lux, I'll have to check one out. I typically buy sports cars for the performance, which is why the 350z is so appealing. To the 2010 Camaro's credit, this car has fully independent rear suspension (for "racing" says Chevy).

yea but you miss the point i said taking contact meaning being shot at small arms rpg's i bet none of them been in something like that hell i bet most of you never been in something like that and i don't want you to be anyway so everybody saying the Camaro is slow would of never thought that

Thank You for what you do!
I'm a Recruiter in Houston.

Keep the Sonata as a daily and be patient looking for a newer model Z if that's what you really want. The DC/MD/VA area is considered to have the largest selection of dealerships over the entire country.
All makers of cars have there problems. Go with the maker that you want.

I'll always stay with Nissan only because after living in Germany for over 13 years, all of my friends that drove American cars had the breakdown on the Autobahn after 2 to 3 years of long distance high speeds. My old 93 Altima had no problems staying at 120mph throughout that time.

Dude, with all that cash, buy a house. You can also get a Z, thats what I did. After being stationed in Italy for 5 years I saved enough money to buy a house with a VA loan, AND buy a Z plus mods.

Lol, the grammar correction b.s is getting so old, but on the other hand, there are some sad extremes when it comes to lack of education. The military is extremely glamorized, not to sound disrespectful, but it's kind of true. Sounds nice though, say F-you to college, enlist and get tons of free stuff, have a 1/50 chance of risking your life, have loads ofextra money..

I ask you, how much do you know about the military? If you never served, did you go to college? Do you live in a major city?

As you can see, my sig says that I'm a recruiter.
August 7th will be 20 years that I have been in and will retire in 2 years. I have a degree (got it while serving). 1/50? It seems to be worse than that living in Houston.
