Bummer, that's a low mileage 2003. Glad you're both alright though. I'm guessing some texting while driving was involved or otherwise just plain not paying attention. You just don't forget to brake...

Im a little confused on why you think their parents are loaded and shes driving a Acura TL, I hope you got these bitches number, because you tell them they owe you a drink, That way when you get them out and drunk, you hook up, you take out all your frustration on that *****, that would be Epic sir, and you said their were 2 girls, man oh man get your buddy to hook up with the other one. Problem solved, but don't forget to record it, that way if they try to **** you later on anything you have blackmail evidence to ship to mommy and daddy 
Just put mine in the shop from a rear end smash-up, but I guess I was lucky. This looks like it may get close to totalling-out. I just bought about $2,000 in engine mods and if this would have happened to me I'd be in trouble and begging people to take back parts (15-20% restocking fees). My damage was about $4,000.

Wow! Sucks to see a Limited Edition Nismo getting hit like that. I'm glad to see that your Ok and that your able to share your story with us. I hope a Nismo 370Z is in your future!

Looks like a total to me. Front and back, $4500 each, chassis damaged ($2000?), that's up to $11,000 and a used one with low miles is probably $18K or something. That is high enough for a total out.

Thanks everyone for all the responses . I'm still trying to figure out if it's totalled or not, insurance companies are ****ing FRUSTRATING to try and deal with. They havee yet to get me a rental or anything. Oh, and I found the girl on facebook.... 7AM the day of the accident she wrote on the passenger girls wall "IM SO ****ED UP RIGHT NOW AND HAVEN'T SLEPT AT ALLLLLLL". Lovely. Makes a little more sense now. I took a screenshot just in case.
Eh the girls were not bad, i'd give the driver 5/10, and her friend maybe 7/10. They're like 18 though, and my friend and I are both 20. Not to sound cocky or any of that stupidness, but they're not up to my standards. They were trying to hit on us the whole time, and gave us their numbers "in case we have any issues come up"... that was after the cops said that wasn't necessary. Haha. I could care less about those cars, my Z baby is all that's on my mind

Yea those pictures were some body else showing me an example of a totalled Z. Looks like it was a nice 350z nismo too. Mine was a Touring model with a **** ton of mods/bolt ons/ Dynotune nitrous kit/ etc. Had less than 40k miles on it too :/.
