Track Pack vs. Touring

Check out www.nissan.ca They have all the three models listed there. Basically, in Canada, its as follows (in a nutshell):
Performance = $44900
- leather, power, heated seats
- 240 watt Bose stereo, 6 cd changer, sub
- 6 speed manual transmission
Touring = $44900
- same as above but a 5 speed auto transmission
Track Pack = $46500
- cloth seats, manual adjustment
- different (lighter) wheels
- Brembo brakes
- front and rear spoilers
- smaller stereo system
The only option is a navigation system (can't remember if its an option on the Track model or not) for $3400 added to the car price.

i'm new at this car stuff.. is Brembo brakes and lighter wheels really worth the price increase??
