lower it and get 16in rims imo and get low resistance tires. that should increase mileage. your handling is gonna be less than stock though but at least you'll get better mileage LOL

no point trying to mod your car to get better mpg. I mean, c mon, how much money can you really save by adding 1 or 2 mpg with a sports car? Just suck it up.

Stop eating out. You lose weight, your car loses weight.

get a scangauge ][ - it can show instant mpg which lets you know what you're doing right / wrong

i consistently get 25 mpg when calculated miles / gallon with fillups so it is pretty accurate AND it counts down miles to empty much much better than the stock computer

only got 7.9 mpg for my 225 miles around sebring saturday - was at the pump 4 times through out the day (150 miles to/from at 26+mpg)

Low/no ethanol 93 octane
fresh 5w-20 oil
33-35psi in the tires
60-65mph on highway / coasting a long way out from stop signs / easy acceleration from stops
bully dog 'premium tune'

31.5 mpg this morning on my 65 mile commute, no wind.

Without the bully dog tune and e15 87 octane the best I get is around 27 mpg.

I still stand by my suggestion, it's the cheapest and most effective but not exactly the safest.

LOL

I got the best MPG with headers, test pipes, Motordyne XYZ and shockwave. Just install those parts and drive around trying to not get a ticket for waking the dead. I don't think i took my car over 2500 rpm with that setup on the street.

Mileage is irrelevant. I am driving for the sheer pleasure and enjoyment. I drive 65 to 85 mph everywhere I go and get into it at the stop signs and lights. During the work week, I average 22.5 mpg (500 miles a week). When I take the road trip to Wausau, I lock it in at 75, if I drive straight through without stopping, I average between 26 and 27 (210 miles one way).

Mileage is still better than the Subaru.
