and yeah, the idea behind parking by other nice cars... is that
a) the other car(s) can attract more attention than yours
b) people with nicer cars are less likely to throw open their doors without paying attention

 

Yeah I'm interested, I'm not sure about class that day, last year we didnt' get it off. I should know soon though.

 

Great idea People see a new Camaro versus a five year old Z... hmm, I wonder which one they'd be more likely to mess with? That's horrible, using a nicer car as a ploy to keep people from messing with my car...but I'll do it. Their fault anyway for buying a brand new flashy car. And I'll use it to my advantage all I can.

It's a Baptist school, and with me being a moderately religious Presbyterian, I have a feeling I won't be a much liked character there... oh well. It was close, and has the best music ed. department in the upstate As for the closeness factor, it was either that or Clemson....

Well it's no USC.

 

That too, of course. I cringe every time I go out into the parking lot and get next to my car and see some redneck in a "pimped out" (or so they think) Honda flinging open their car doors (usually a different color from the car, or no color at all...just the grey primer) and stopping it about a quarter of an inch away from my car. I usually park as close to the very end of the parking lot as I can get.

 

My Clemson alum dad with his freakishly cult-like love of the school turned me against it.

 

You ought to go to USC. I'll let you stay at my house for free.
