I sent a very pleasant message to the mod there explaining that his banning was not unfair at all, but based on much discussion by the mods and several factors of his own doing. I doubt I will get a reply, I doubt I'll even remember to ever go back and see if I get one, but who knows.
I'd like to take a moment and discredit a couple lines of ******** he's spouting:
1: Using ip's to trace someones phone number, address, etc.
-I've worked in IT for a looooong time. Im not a network guru, but I know more than average IT bear, and I can tell you that this is total horse ****. At best, you could traceroute an ip, get the service provider, then they would have to look for the mac addy of said computer, associate that connection with one of their subscribers. After it was all said and done, a warrant or subpoena would probably be needed to get that information from the provider. His judge dad might be able swing that, but he would have to show a good cause for doing so. Of which there really isnt any. No judge wants to get brought up on ethics charges.
Verdict: Fricking doubtful, as savvy as a lot of people are about networks and stuff, I dont thinkl he knows anyone with the right resources to make this happen legally or even illegally.
2. Removing photobucket pictures that have been posted here:
Fair use. Unless someone here forcibly hacked into his photobucket account, anyone could have gotten and seen them. Please correct me if I'm wrong, did someone here hack into his account? He states they were private, but that cant be true.
3. Consequences will never be the same if they aren't removed.
While IB has consistently shown they will capitulate when a lawyer gets involved, they do know the laws and nothing here has violated any of them. I doubt Mr Baker has the wherewithal to man up and actually follow through on his threats. He seems nothing more than a big child who doesn't like being corrected. Unfortunately with the way parents kowtow to their children, I wouldnt be surprised if his dad spoils him and ends up trying something to appease him.
4. Lastly, his dad is a judge but has a law firm.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that not a conflict of interest?

His Photobucket was not private until after the pics were posted. Simply typed in his user name and 800 pics of of a SUV and a few of him popped up. Lol at him saying it was hacked.

Welcome back
I don't get why these pictures are bothering you so much. Less than a week ago the limp wrist one was available on your Photobucket for the world to see and the one with the blond YOU actually posted up on another forum.
For someone that is LMAO about all this you sure seem upset

1. It can easily be done. I've done it before through cardomain And by the way, it will not be my father or anybody who can be connected to his firm...it is somebody we know on the side.
2. I've asked for them to be taken down. Some of the albums were private, now they are all private. You should probably take them down. Im pretty sure its in the rules.
3. Actually, if my requests are not met I will be following through within the next three weeks before I go abroad.
4. Correct. My father is a lawyer but is also a judge 3 mornings and 3 nights per week.
