Nissan Advertising Campaign ?
When is the blitz going to start on the tube? Are they waiting until they have delivered all the preorders and actually have cars in their showroom? It would be cool to see the 350 on TV. I read about the ad during Letterman

They have three Z ads out now, the "staring" one, one with the BW stils of a cop with "lets be careful out there", and another (i think at least) with paint pouring all over an older Z...but havn't seen that one.

What the hell does a bunch of elderly people dancing have got to do with the Z, weird *** ads. I think they should just show the car for what it is instead trying to go all artsy on everyone.

I agree. They should just show the car for what it is. Nissan (Infiniti) made a dumb move when the Q45 was originally released with dumb advertising with trees and other non car related stuff and look where it got them. All of the car magazines deemed the Q45 the better car than the Lexus LS400 and the Lexus put the smackdown on the Q in sales. I don't think they really need advertising for a little while since they'll sell every one they can make until the end of the year. Maybe their campaign will change once there are cars waiting in the showroom.

I like the subtle ads. I really think over the next couple months, you will begin to see the ads of Z's screaming around turns etc...but right now, they're trying to tease the audience. The black and white gets a thumbs up as well.
