Yeah it because you bought Auto! Now because your left leg has nothing to do, which leads to not requiring any kind of left leg's muscle flexsion, which left leg veins are not working to pump the blood back to your heart!!!
As a med student i recommend compression stocking
BTW excuse my grammer, thank you

Cut a hole the floorboard for both beet and use those boots that davidv posted and use them for a Fred Flinstones stop. Problem solved easily as easy as that so both legs get a dose of excercise.
C'mon. Buy a manual, rev the engine higher than 3k and then you will be a much happier sports car enthusiast.

Whenever I drive the Z, I keep finding myself pushing against the footrest with my left foot. It's a little annoying to have to consciously relax my left leg every few minutes. I'm six feet tall, weigh about 180, and I'm in good shape, so I'm definitely not cramped up in the car. I've tried lots of seat adjustments, and also put some pads on top of the footrest to no avail. The car is otherwise very comfortable, and I really enjoy driving the it. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?
My daily driver is a Silverado pickup, and I sometimes drive the wife's Accord. No problem with either of those or with any other vehicle I've owned.

RELAX! Dont do it, when you want to go do it.
RELAX! Dont do it, when you want to use the dead pedal
I also really enjoy driving the it, but thats why I bought a manual...
