Well if you do have to choose and Apt that doesn't provide a garage, I would get some crime reports (at your PD) for each apt you've narrowed down to see if there are a lot of stolen/vandalized cars reported. Then I would visit each apt at night to get a 'feel' of how safe the apt is.

Damn I feel like I am hijacking.
$2400 for the lift
$500 for shipping
$1300 modifications to garage door and wall mount opener
$300 cousin to do electrical work.
-----------------------------------
$4500

Ceilings are 11'6" at front, 10'6" at back due to step in ceiling. If you want to put a lift in your garage you need height of 2 cars plus 10 inches is what they say.
This is the lift I bought exactly.

I leave mine in the garage. I did have to rearrange/get rid of a bunch of crap to get the Z to fit in there.

Mine's garaged all day at work. I rent, but we have a garage but have to pay extra money for the spot. I've been saving the $100 a month on the garage fee for the past 4months but maybe ill go back to one.

To the guy with all those cars in garage, what do you do that you have all of that?

I think mine was last out of the garage sometime in early 2010....

Oh well still in it. Silverstone 2003 just under 13000 miles....
