Number one reason for leaving a 3400 sq foot house with pool, hot tub and every man cave feature you could want. Had a 2 car garage but dikhead roommate had a boat of a cadillac in there for 15(and counting) months.

Garage > parking on a 35mph street where ppl go 60

Im going to be moving out of my parents house (recently got out of college/ got a new job), and i want to buy a 350z. Im looking at apartments and its really hard to find any with a garage. I really, really, dont want to put a 350z out in the hail/rain/snow/general public. So, i was wondering what you guys do. My Tiburon has been outside for 5 years, and it shows. Its got keyed twice. Dont want a repeat.

Its funny because as im looking at apartments, sadly, my #1 consideration is if it has a garage., Price, space, location, ..meh

do not budge on the garage. It is 100% worth it. If I could convince my gf to sleep in the garage with me, I would. Especially for oil changes(most apartments dont want you spilling oil all over for some reason) and car washies in the drive.

I would worry about the living in a nice place before gettn a Z tho.. my 2 cents

 

Im not going to buy it untill i move out. Ill look around for garages/ town home with garage, ect. Its just a semi-rare find.

I keep mine garaged, I won't leave it outside.
you never know, someone might want to borrow it without asking first.

 

I always garage mine overnight or over the winter. I believe this helps preserve the paint and makes it look like new.

 

Spends every night tucked in the garage. Never outside...

Its a no-brainer you obviously want any sports car in the garage. I couldn't go a night with it outside. The first night I had it, it had to sit outside. Bad night, couldn't sleep... AT ALL!

our house a became a bus stop for the school, I could not imagine going outside to find little smudge marks on my window

I have a 2 car garage but mine stay outside,I have 2 other drivers and 5 cars at my house at the moment.Once my oldest moves out I will have my garage back.Cmon 2 years LOL.
