Tell your mom a z with no mods istn worth buying... so she should just get one with a built motor, TT, and a body kit. As long as it has an oil cooler its worth the asking price

most Z's i've found under 10k are junkers, so I wouldn't trust getting something for that price unless you know the owner pretty well. usually 03-05 i've seend go from 13k and up
