sry there are two kinds of people in this world those that drive drive chevys (men)and those that drive mercedes (girly men), they will never get along. no mercy for the mecs. go smell your farts somewhere else.
LOL at all of the Merc **** talking from those who own KBB valued $12,000.00 cars. I love my Z but I also seriously enjoy driving my fiance's '08 SL550. It's fast, looks damn sweet and handles well. We're now about to sell it to buy a CLS550 since we're planning on having children soon and two two seater's just won't work. We're also both only 37 btw.

Seriously though, I have 3 friends who own BMW's and pretty much half the families on our street own them. My friends do nothing but ***** about the car always having some kind of electrical/engine problems, and I swear I see more "Loaner BMW's" in our neighbors driveways than the ones they own. IMO they're just bland, unreliable and they are everywhere. They must make a killing on leasing.
Well, I'm not saying they're great cars by any means. I owned a 335I and once the warranty was up it had all kinds of issues. I found out quick that just because you can afford the car doesn't mean you can afford to keep it running. It was a nice car but to have issues when it was only 2 years old blows!

~ e350 triple black with black wood sport package with navi. sexy as hell and classy. is it fast - hell no. is it rock solid at 120mph - hell yes. and the best thing is that i don't care about what kind of oil , gas , or any other BS that is costing way too much. 1 oil change a year and in 2 years i will be in a new one. if all is well, the new c-coupe amg maybe. or any other amg. i had to sell my z because it was a part of my previous life... to many memories.... some times we need a total reset - and that is what i did.
I owned an SL for four years and it was, by far, the worst driving experience I have ever had. I dumped thousands of dollars a year into maintaining that POS.
Was it quick? Meh, nothing special.
Was it classy? Yep. But when it's broken, who the F cares.
The only thing I had to say in response to haters was "It's so solid over 100"...
