Angry Z meets drunk driver.

I never expected this but yesterday on my way to work I was involved into a head on collision with a drunk driver. Luckly, there was no fatalities. I was the only person to walk away from the accident with no serious injuries. All four occupants of the other vehicle were carried to the hospital on a gurney. What I know so far is that the driver was arrested and the investigation is ongoing. The Z is currently at A&L auto body waiting its fate. I have start a thread in ChicagoZ.com classified section to start parting the car just in case the insurance decide not to fix her. I'm happy to be here and I'm glad my Z protected me. It's really sad......I had so much plans for my car. I pictured passing and sharing my love for this Z with my son or daughter. I'm here and that most important. What is to come out of this at this time, I'm not sure.

Was fun!!!

So sorry to see this man. Glad you walked away from that. Make sure you get yourself checked out to prevent anything from coming up in the future.

And people wonder why I take a hardline approach to DUI's...

Did the driver of the other vehicle get arrested?

+1 at least you were okay.

Absolutely make sure you go to the hospital and get a check-up and maybe X-rays, because head on collisions can cause serious neck and spinal damage that you might not initially feel.
