I work at a nissan dealer, either your dealer sucks or your service advisor sucks ( don't they all )

If the vehicle is under warranty it should be covered... ask to talk to the foreman or the service manager if you have problems.

tpms how it is broken?

tpms light blinking when you start the car?
tpms light steady?

If it's steady, set tire pressures and drive the thing until it turns off ( granted your gauge is actually right, correct psi will be located on a sticker on the driverside doorjamb.
if it's blinking take it to the dealer tell them the tpms light is blinking and have them diag. They'll attempt to reprogram the sensors, if one fails to read and it's under warranty we replace.

in the end explain your concern, see if a tech is willing to come out and duplicate the concern to him or her.
