The dumbest question you've been asked about your car?
I've only owned my Z for a week as of today and these are some of the things I have heard already:
From my co-workers -
"How the hell can you afford a $40k car working here?" (I just bought an 03 Base with LMGT4 wheels)
People at shows/meets -
"Is this the turbo model?"
"Is this FWD or AWD?"
"Why didn't you just buy a Mustang? It's like the same thing."

Um, he later clarified that the drivers door lock is FUBAR and he needed to roll the window down and open it from the inside. Guess he takes real good care of his ride - NOT
These are all pretty funny..
But I believe THIS was the dumbest question EVER asked about our cars.

BUT, Pho or rather pho tai, is a vietnamese soup with rice noodles and beef. It was obviously after a snow storm, and he wanted to know of the roads had been plowed so his z can make it through the snow and to the vietnamese restaurant to get his bowl of pho!
I just bought one - but because I was shopping all over the country for the last 3 months, I can give you a good idea where to look. PM me your price range and what you MUST have and I may have some links for you.
dude, if they were 2 other girls....i wouldn't have even hesitated...."yes, yes....come with me ladies. one of you could sit on my lap and talk about the first thing that pops up, then you other two can join."

Dumbest I've got was leaving a party. I came with my friend and some girl needed a ride home. She lived on the other side of town, and me and my buddy were about to leave when she asked "Can you drive me home, I'll go in the trunk."
Don't think she realized the lack of space/rear strut bar/ no actual "trunk".
Sad part is, she was being serious.

I get this a lot from my GF lately "she could sit on my lap". I took her and her younger sister to the movie once, and now she thinks that she could pull this off anytime! My GF is 5''7, and her younger sister is "seven".
More of a statement: "You should really get your alignment checked, something looks bent, your tires are gonna wear out quicker."
At my work no less, a repair shop with me being the technicain.
FWD 240z? I thought all asian cars were FWD?- close runner up though.
