Default my car :(

well I got rear ended today... not to fun, esspecially since the other driver fled. anyways does it look fixable or does it look totalled? I really dont know, but it did crinkle alittle under the spare tire, I did highlight that area. also the metal from behind the splash gaurding is into the tire. Let me know what you guys think.

could be totaled unfortunately..

i was rear ended a few months back so i know how you feel.

initially the fix was estimated at $4k. the end total was almost $10k for me and it didnt look as bad as yours.

dont let the insurance company walk all over you.

It's hard to tell if it's totaled without knowing the year and mileage. I'd say it's repairable, though.

That's f%$kEd up! hit and run.I probably would've ran them down while calling PoPo.For your sake I hope the insurance pays to bring it back correctly. It might be to your advantage if they do total it.At least you could get another, better Z.After your baby is hit bad, its just not the same.Every sound you hear will make you second guess that rear end.I might start shopping for another car if I were you.......Just in case.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Hopefully you can get back on the road in one way or another soon (new Z or fixed).

Ouch sorry to hear about the Z...Dont you just hate those people who hit and run...Just the other day someone slammed into a parked car outside my apartment that was parked in the middle of the block so I dont know how he got hit. But next thing you know you hear the person put it into reverse and squeal away. It was at 2 am so you know he was probably drunk but it was loud enought to wake me up. Thats why I park underground cant trust milwaukee drivers. I hope insurance takes care of you. It may be totaled if that frame is bent and like someone said before a car is just never the same after its been hit once. Good luck.

I was just looking at the damage closer and the rear quarter panel is apart of the roof and the other side as well. I don't believe they will be able to fix it :/ I think ill take some of the aftermarket parts off before the insurance guy sees it tomorrow.
