I had some scratches on the button area and a cut/scrape on the side from cramming luggage into the passenger seat, so that factored into the decision of painting it. (which was free along with the door handles and pin striping, by the way) But again, some people like it, others don't, I personally like it much more than when it was scuffed up. And suspension is Tein s-techs with Ichiba rear camber arms

all that matters is if you like it or not, it is your car, and your decision to do what you want to it, like you said its awesome to see the different things people do to their Z's and as long as they are happy with it, thats all that counts... except for the guy with the auto zone stick ons everywhere and the fake blower sticking out of his hood... hahaha
