my car was supposed to be here this week......but a few friends and my dealer are making me wait til March to receive my car.....something about being a 2004.5 Is THIS TRUE????
My order was canceled for my original 2004 and then placed again on 11/20/03......am i still gonna get the same old 2004 and if not what are these "worth waiting for" changes?

 

First I've heard of it if true. But there are a bunch of Internet spooks hanging around here. If there is something to be heard, we'll hear of it soon no doubt.

 

Somebody is eithor smokin' ya or got some really bad weed, in my opinion.

 

There are some minor changes to the later productions of the 2004 Z but it is available now. The only new things are the knee pads, armrest, and a new euro tuned suspension which I have not felt personally.

 

so most likely they flipped my car to someone else then.....
I did manage to get the touring fully loaded(except for XM radio) for 33,880...guess I'll have to wait and see....THANX!!!!

 

you should complain or goto another dealer. the 2004.5 is made up of rolling changes, meaning some of the 2004s will have them and some will not. none of them i feel are enough to warrant canceling the order without your permission. sounds like you got hosed and your car was given to someone else. sorry bro, but goto another dealer.
