Damn that sucks.
But if its totaled, grab the windshield wiper squirter off one of the wiper arms before they take the car.
Ill give you a couple bucks for it haha
That's pretty cold, even from you. Don't quit your day job.
OP - the rear panels are not replaceable, at least not easily as they are welded on. If there is frame damage, it's probably toast. BUT - last time I checked insurance adjustors do not work from pics, and besides that, last time I checked, no one here is an insurance adjustor either. So once again, I am scratching my head as to the post - other than to entertain davidv of course.

check again. sorry. frames can be straightened fairly easily with a FRAME RACK the direction of the repair just depends on the manufacturer of the vehicle. quarter panels can be EASILY replaced with a welder. of course they are replaceable. just dont go to a place that charges insurance prices, or will be paying an arm and a leg.
uhhh and insurance adjusters work from pics 90% of the time. generally they only come out in person if it is questionably totaled or they suspect fraud. otherwise they trust the 'reputable'* shop of your choice to determine the extent of the damage AND cost of repair. the insurance co. will then right you a fat check of the quoted amount you may do as you wish with. <asuming you have full coverage.
*reputable to the insurance co.
as for the original post. i dont think he knows what to do after a crash like this. to answer the question that should have been asked> OP you should call your local nissan dealership and ask where they recommend you take your car for "frame evaluation and dented quarter panels". then have your car towed by a FLATBED to that collision repair shop. the pros will tell you what to do next.

Darn that bent antenna..Davidv your humor is welcomed..gotta find something funny about the situation right? Whats crazy is that the bend occurred due to the accident. Who wants to start a pool on how much they offer me if the car is totaled?
Guessing closer to $10,000 - but as pointed out earlier, i don't know what I am talking about.....
In massachusetts they go buy what they can replace the car for from a dealership with similar miles/condition. Cost is going to be closer to 10k from retail 7kish is private party.
I'm a licensed property and casualty insurance agent.

Hmm this is very interesting... is this a normal practice in MA?
