I got the 3M clear bra paint protection installed on Saturday. I'm very happy with it.
The guy who did mine is Geoff Thompson in Falls Church, company called Ricochet. He actually just does the installs as a side job. He does a lot of M3's, Porsches, and installs for Ferrari of Washington. $775 installed. Maybe that's expensive, but he did an excellent job. He said the bumper kit from X-Pel is the biggest (most surface area) he's ever seen.
I drove to Cinci on Sunday (525 miles), and had no problems at all with the 3M film. Geoff said it might pop up at the edges, and I should just press it down if it did. But it didn't pop up anywhere, not even on the leading edge of the hood.
You can find his contact info on www.x-pel.com, or email me and I'll give it to you.
I can post some pics later if anyone's interested (Silverstone exterior).

The link doesn't work because there's a comma at the end.
The correct link is http://www.xpel.com/
At least it looked right. With "x-pel" you get a japanese web site that is under construction.
