If it were me, I'd ask for one of these:

I even paid retail for mine...

Japanese cars and especially Nissans are not that popular in Italy. A year ago I was in Italy for 3 weeks and didn’t see a single Z, so I doubt many accessories are available. However, Italian men dress very stylishly and beautiful clothes are everywhere. I brought back a natural colored linen and silk blend blazer for my guy. If you enjoy dressing casually, but elegantly for a summer outdoor wedding or event, you will look marvelous. Linen is a very breathable cool fabric, great for when you heat things up driving your Z.
Only Z men are Badass enough to drink Grappa, the fiery brandy like drink of Italy. Unlike the rotgut you may have tasted in some little Italy over here, the fine artisan crafted Grappas, (that never make it out of Italy) are worlds apart. So smooth and delicious, your Scotch adoring friends will love it neat. Waizzz, our handsome OT moderator, will be amused to learn that Italians often drink a shot of espresso with a shot of Grappa in it. Called Caffe Corretto, or in English espresso corrected. I tasted a ton of Grappas before selecting some super great ones to bring to His Majesty. He loves them more than me, hording them and barely sharing a drop with anybody.
