I order once from them, placed the order online. Granted this was years ago, their customer service was good.

The Z Store is great.
I've ordered many things from them.
One thing,THEY DO NOT SEND CONFIRMATION E-MAILS AS DO OTHER
VENDORS.Don't know why---they ask your e-mail?When you receive your order,the invoice will be in the box.In my experience,they are a bit slow calling you back...
I'd just call e'm and get an update.Another good thing about the Z Store,
as you found out,they can run back to the warehouse to see if they have
your part.Sometimes a vendor's system will show that its there.In reality.
someone did not take it out of inventory.Pisses me off to get a OS call!

I'm sure they will get back to you. If you feel impatient, call. The last time I ordered from them I bought 06+ stealth turn signals but my profile showed that I had an '03; they were quick to call and confirm I was ordering the right part before shipping my order. A+ experience.

I have only orded from them once and it was the fasted order in my life. Literaly ordered the part and 3 days later got it with normal shipping. Amazing service and great communication with the customer.

Just called them back up, spoke to a rep and they said they were gonna give me a call back next week and that they weren't sure if I wanted the damaged one lol.. I told them I'd just take the new one (seems like a no brainer). So I guess I'll check up on them next week..

Pretty unsatisfied at the moment

You'd rather post on a forum instead of calling the people you had an order with?

How is calling about your order pestering?

Too many times people are quick to be the unhappy customer before giving the company a chance to fix it..

Glad to see you at least contacted them.

I made this thread bc tbh I found the whole order fishy. Perhaps I was looking for some feedback?? Luckily I know from this 'thread' that they don't send confirmation emails.. A bit fishy no?

Chance to fix it? They're willing to send me a damaged product without my approval. Makes complete sense.
