...I have finally done it. My 2004 Superblack Performance 350z should be arriving in the dealership at the end of this month with my name on the invoice.

good luck bro. i see your from queenz,im from nassau. on the weekends we meet up and cruise all over. last 2 weeks we had over 30 cars causin mayham. z's,saleens,wrx's,gti's,evo's,you name it,it was there. also every other friday there is a meet in queens at a diner elmhurst i believe. ill be goin for the first time this friday. check em out.

one thing i'd recomend: carnuba your baby asap. superblack is the only color that doesn't come with a clear coat. (i have a super black track too) beautiful car, great choice!

10000% positive. ask your local nissan service guy. super black is the only color that doesn't have it. it's a glossy paint so it looks like it does, but i have been told by 3 diff. nissan service guys that super black does not have clear coat. *shrugs* i think it's retarded that it doesn't. sucks for us super black owners

 

somebody get the paint code and i will tell you for sure. Or better yet, when you wax it does your towel turn black....if not its got a clearcoat. I would bet alot of money it does have a clear i haven't seen a car since the late 80's that came with an acrylic enamel or single stage finish. Just my .02

Dude, i have been a paint supplier for 11 years. If it doesn't get black its got clear on it. B/C stands for basecoat/clearcoat. I am not trying to make you mad. I have just learned one thing...never believe anything a car dealer tells you. I am here to learn and to share my knowledge and thats it....don't want to argue with anyone.
