where can i get the shift **** like this?

Any custom leather/interior shop should be able to handle that.
I've seen a few other steering wheels like that, but never the shift ****; I like it a lot!
Another member on a lot of the forums has done a lot of custom interior work, including a color matched shift boot. Here's a link:
