Oh lol I sold my 01 Civic last week, all I have now is my Z

 

15k was the best offer I could find for a stock Z in extremely good condition with low mileage in my area. Other Zs I saw were either salvaged, 80-120k mi, or had all these ugly mods. I brought from a private owner, so I paid in cash

Looks clean and very nice for an 03. And only 17k miles. That's awesome, basically a brand new Z. Congrats. But I would seriously look into getting a beater car for that commute.

No, I'm not going to do any more than putting on tints, HIDs, and a sound system. Anything more than that is a waste of money imo

Congrats on the buy! If it's straight I would say 15k isn't bad for a manual.
I paid 13k for my 2006 with 72.5 miles but the rims are scraped up and the front and side of the car has battle marks haha how is the paint in the front? If its good then I recommend investing in a Clear Bra first thing!

I live in SJ. The paint on the Z is pretty damn good. The previous owners hardly drove it, as you can tell by the mileage. Once I clean my car this weekend, I'll post up more pics!

 

yeah its a base. no cruise control on the steering wheel. So getting HIDs is a must. hey OP I PMd you.

 

If i wanted a honda I would go by one. I want a good tight driving machine that is fun to drive and feels like a car.... not a pos honda that will get me from point A to point B. Yes i have driven both and the 540 is a stronger ride but that being said the i6 is almost bulletproof from what ive read. Just wanted some imput from some current owners. On which is a better choice.

 

I'm not sure I would want to learn to drive manual on a Z. I've known how to drive one since I was 16 and when I got the Z in my mid 20's, it was still a little tough to drive. Maybe I just suck at cars.

 

Even though it's my first manual car, I've known how to drive manual for roughly 2 years now? Well, just the basics anyway. I just never had my own car to practice on. I quickly picked up the pace within a day or two though. So far, I have not stalled
