Default 1st and 2nd gear tire slipping?

ok this happened to me alot. and today i almost got in a accident with the car next to mine.

when ever i start the car slowly and press on the gas the rpm goes up but i seem to slip all the way to about end of 2nd gear.
is this normal? or do i need new tires? is it because of rear wheel?

please tell me how i can improve this.. wider rims?

my car is at around 3200 miles

what are some ways not to burn the tires? if i wanted to persue a race from a low gear roll. (like 10-30 mile roll)

Check your tires and modulate the throttle better. Just like accelerating out of a corner, you can't just stomp the gas. You need to give it just enough gas so that the tires don't break loose

Wait until your tires warm up. The rubber is very hard when cold and provides no grip.

Werd but most importantly PRACTICE. Or you can stay outta the throttle.
