Would you please pm me the tracking number/update for order #352328, It was placed on nov 23rd & till now i didn't receive any confirmation, And it's still showing pending in my account.

I tried to pm John@z1 & Rob@Z1 but got no response. Also, Left a message on the website but never heard back !!!
